As a dedicated and experienced acupuncturist, I specialise in pain management, fertility support, mental health, and facial rejuvenation. 

My passion for acupuncture began with my own journey. I first turned to acupuncture 

for fertility support and anxiety, and the changes it brought to my life were profound. I felt calmer, balanced and supported. It ignited a deep desire in me to help others experience that same sense of hope and healing.

Before becoming an acupuncturist, I spent 20 years working within the healthcare industry, including many years in the NHS. I supported people living with a wide range of health complications such as cancer, Parkinson’s and long-term chronic conditions. Those years shaped me into the empath I am today.

I'm someone who genuinely cares and finds purpose in helping others feel their best.

Alongside my healthcare work, I trained in facials and other holistic wellness therapies.This allowed me to build a deep understanding of the body, the skin, and how emotional and physical health are connected. Bringing these skills together means I can support clients from every angle, whether that’s easing pain, supporting fertility, improving wellbeing or helping someone feel confident and radiant in their own skin.
