I am a qualified acupuncturist and holistic wellness practitioner based in West Cornwall, offering acupuncture, manual lymphatic drainage, body contouring, facial rejuvenation, and holistic therapies.

My passion for helping others began through my own experience with acupuncture. After personally experiencing the benefits for anxiety, wellbeing, and overall health, I was inspired to train as an acupuncturist and support others on their own healing journey.

Before starting my practice, I spent over 20 years working within healthcare, including many years in the NHS, supporting people with a wide range of health conditions. This experience has helped shape my compassionate and person-centred approach to care.

I specialise in pain management,fertility, women's health, mental wellbeing, and lymphatic health. I believe in treating the whole person rather than simply addressing symptoms, creating personalised treatment plans tailored to your individual needs.
